- In an effort to stay competitive and reduce operating costs, the client sought to create an Internet portal that customers could use for self-service for claims.
- Client needed leadership to define the end vision and to manage the process.

- Led the effort to define, design and implement the new portal, ensuring that site provides content for both policyholders and the general public.
- Necessary components put in place to ensure the portal not only handles the current users but is also scalable to accommodate any user group that needs to do business with the Claims organization.
- Latest web technologies employed such as Google Maps and Rich Internet Application (RIA) concepts.
